Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on all aspects of human resources management. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping HR policies and practices that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on complex HR issues, including talent management, performance improvement, and employee relations.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations while promoting a positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
- Demonstrated success in partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
- Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred but not required.
