What We're Looking For A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization. Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred but not required.
