This full-time role puts you at the center of an established territory, partnering directly with franchise owners to elevate performance and results.

About the Role

As a Senior Growth Consultant supporting Coldwell Banker, you will own a defined portfolio of franchisees—an assigned "Book of Business"—and act as their trusted strategic advisor. Your mission centers on three connected pillars: retaining valued franchise partners, accelerating their growth, and optimizing how their businesses operate. Every initiative ties back to clear performance targets and the delivery of a world-class partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute growth and brand engagement plans for franchisees within your assigned territory.
• Drive retention by strengthening relationships and demonstrating ongoing value to franchise partners.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across your Book of Business.
• Guide franchisees toward operational optimization to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Track progress against defined performance metrics and adjust strategy to hit goals.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, delivering a consistently exceptional consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business consulting, account management, franchise development, or a related growth-focused role.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to advise and influence business owners.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding measurable performance objectives.
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution across retention, growth, and optimization.
• Comfort managing a portfolio of clients across a defined geographic territory.
