About the Role

As a Senior Finance Analyst on the Under The Roof (UTR) Execution team within Amazon's Rural and Super Rural (RSR) program, you will own essential financial functions that keep last-mile logistics moving. Based in Nashville, this position partners closely with operations leaders to translate data into decisions that help Amazon stay the most customer-obsessed company on earth, delivering millions of packages to customers every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee core finance activities that support the UTR Execution team across the Rural/Super Rural network.
• Deliver accurate analysis, reporting, and insight to guide operational and financial planning.
• Partner with cross-functional operations and field teams to improve performance and control costs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strengthen financial processes and controls that scale with a fast-growing logistics organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a finance or financial analyst, ideally supporting operations, logistics, or supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance partners.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Nashville, Tennessee.
