Mercer Advisors is hiring a full-time Senior Director, Regis Product Manager for a remote role across the USA. Lead product strategy and platform evolution supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients and complex family-office needs through the Regis Group.
Role Overview
As Senior Director, Regis Product Manager at Mercer Advisors, you hold full accountability for the product vision, multi-year roadmap, client and advisor experience, and technology direction of the specialized Regis platform. You set clear direction at the intersection of business operations, technology, and advisory delivery, deciding what to build and why while partnering with external contributors, engineering teams that implement solutions, and the specialists who produce client outcomes. You immerse yourself with advisors, investment professionals, tax specialists, estate planning strategists, and operations colleagues to observe real work, surface friction, and synthesize inconsistent inputs into precise problem definitions and scalable designs. The position blends long-range strategy with hands-on discovery, workflow architecture, and disciplined execution that produces measurable business results. Standard hours run Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional early or late availability for critical deadlines. Base pay falls between $175,000 and $200,000, with eligibility for additional incentive compensation based on location, experience, education, skills, and certifications.
Core Duties
- Define and maintain the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Regis platform, balancing immediate priorities with lasting transformation
- Convert business strategy, client requirements, and advisor feedback into a coherent, ranked product agenda
- Build firsthand workflow knowledge across advisors, clients, and operational teams to uncover root friction and design expandable, integrated processes
- Translate ultra-high-net-worth and family-office needs into crisp requirements, user stories, and process maps
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture on solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and consistent across a multi-system ecosystem
- Own platform adoption by measuring engagement, guiding enablement, and ensuring capabilities are used as designed
- Guide roadmap execution with internal technology teams and external partners, remaining involved through delivery so results match product intent
- Serve as the central alignment point across product, technology, operations, investments, compliance, and partners, facilitating trade-offs and influencing without formal authority
Requirements
- Ten or more years in product management, platform strategy, or closely related roles
- Experience in ultra-high-net-worth or family-office environments
- Track record leading complex multi-system platform work inside cross-functional settings
- Demonstrated ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on discovery, workflow design, and requirements definition
- Proven skill turning complicated business needs into well-structured product solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence without direct authority
- Analytical problem-solving strength and comfort operating amid ambiguity
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred qualifications include experience in wealth management, financial services, or investment platforms; familiarity with CRM systems, portfolio management tools, and client reporting platforms; background in operating-model design, process transformation, or platform modernization; and awareness of wealth-management technology trends.
