About the Role
In this position, you will manage moderate to high-complexity compliance initiatives with direct impact on our Medicare Pharmacy and Part D operations. This role demands analytical rigor, attention to regulatory detail, and the ability to evaluate multifaceted data and requirements to drive compliant business practices across our organization.
What You'll Do
- Monitor evolving government regulations and requirements affecting Medicare Part D and pharmacy operations, ensuring organizational alignment with federal compliance standards
- Conduct comprehensive compliance reviews and audits, analyzing operational data and processes to identify risks and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls that reduce regulatory exposure and strengthen our internal control environment
- Partner with cross-functional teams across operations, pharmacy, and clinical departments to resolve compliance gaps and integrate regulatory requirements into business workflows
- Document compliance findings, prepare detailed reports for leadership and regulatory bodies, and recommend corrective actions with clear implementation timelines
- Stay current with CMS regulations, formulary rules, coverage requirements, and other healthcare compliance standards impacting our programs
What We're Looking For
- Several years of healthcare compliance experience, with demonstrated expertise in Medicare, Part D, pharmacy regulations, or related programs
- Strong analytical and research abilities, with comfort synthesizing complex regulatory guidance into actionable compliance strategies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain compliance concepts to both technical and executive audiences
- Detail-oriented mindset and a track record of managing multiple compliance projects simultaneously without compromising accuracy
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory documentation requirements in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, compliance, business, or related field preferred
