Position Summary

As a Senior Analyst in Casino Marketing Technical Operations, you will be the technical backbone supporting our casino marketing infrastructure. You'll manage intricate systems and processes that drive guest offers, operational efficiency, and financial performance across all Carnival properties. This position requires strong technical acumen combined with business understanding, serving as the critical link between Casino Marketing, IT, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and onboard stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and seamless execution.

Core Duties

• Maintain and optimize complex casino marketing systems and technical processes
• Coordinate between Casino Marketing, IT, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of casino marketing data pipelines and systems
• Serve as primary liaison to shipboard operations, addressing technical issues and system requirements
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
• Document technical processes and develop solutions that streamline casino marketing operations
