About the Role
As a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver, you'll conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols across designated areas, monitor for potential security threats, and respond promptly to incidents. You'll operate a patrol vehicle, document observations in detailed reports, and maintain constant awareness of your surroundings. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling while providing essential security services to our clients throughout the Oregon and Lucas County region.
What You'll Do
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned properties and surrounding areas by vehicle and on foot
- Monitor access points, entrances, and exits for unauthorized activity
- Document observations, incidents, and security concerns in accurate written reports
- Respond to alarms, unusual activity, and emergency situations with professionalism and urgency
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and local law enforcement as needed
- Maintain security equipment and vehicles in proper working condition
- Remain alert and attentive during all patrol shifts
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal or assigned vehicle for patrol duties
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexible scheduling
