With over 58 stores and the largest avocational cooking program in the US, we offer an unparalleled selection of exclusive kitchen and table goods alongside expert culinary guidance. As part of this dynamic team, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences that inspire customer loyalty and drive engagement with our brand.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Brand Representation:

• Create engaging, educational experiences for customers that foster repeat visits and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Maintain product knowledge through active participation in training programs and independent research.
• Promote a customer-focused culture by ensuring exceptional service on both the kitchen floor and retail sales area.

Sales & Business Performance:

• Support chefs during class execution to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales performance.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional culinary experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in customer service or retail is beneficial but not required.
