About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. This full-time position is based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech-language services to elementary-aged students with various communication needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of student communication skills
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal support for students
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
• Participate in professional development opportunities and stay updated on best practices in the field

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a licensed or eligible SLP with experience working with elementary-aged students. A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, along with current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Experience with teletherapy may be preferred but not required.
