This is an on-site, full-time position based in East New York and New Lots, Brooklyn, ideal for a sharp, proactive professional who thrives on logistics and gets satisfaction from a well-run day.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily technician schedules to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Dispatch field teams and adjust routes in real time as service needs change.
• Coordinate appointments with commercial clients across New York City, Long Island, and Westchester.
• Apply working knowledge of the five boroughs to plan smart, time-efficient routing.
• Serve as the communication link between technicians, clients, and the office.
• Help uphold the company's standards for quality service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a dispatcher, scheduler, or in a comparable service-coordination role.
• Strong familiarity with the five boroughs and the greater NYC area.
• Sharp organizational skills with the ability to juggle shifting priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-first mindset and dependable follow-through.
• Clear, professional communication with both field staff and clients.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Brooklyn.
