The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President, Digital Strategy to lead Bounteous’ most complex transformation engagements across Health Systems, Life Sciences, and B2B organizations. This role will bridge the gap between AI strategy, organizational design, and enterprise change management, ensuring that technology investments translate into sustained adoption, new operating models, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior client-facing leader to drive strategic initiatives for complex transformation projects.
• Build internal capabilities by embedding change management discipline across the full lifecycle of AI-enabled transformations.
• Work alongside strategy, delivery, and technology practices to ensure seamless integration of digital strategies with organizational needs.
• Guide organizations in evolving their structure, culture, and capability to realize the value of AI and digital transformation in regulated healthcare and B2B environments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading complex digital strategy engagements in Health Systems, Life Sciences, or B2B sectors.
• Strong background in change management, organizational design, and AI strategy implementation.
• A deep understanding of the intersection between technology, business operations, and organizational culture.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of client-facing leadership.
