Based in our Grand Central office in Manhattan, you'll lead transformational payroll engagements that reshape how organizations manage compensation, compliance, and workforce operations at scale.
About the Role
This is a senior-level advisory position where you'll apply deep expertise in SAP ERP and SuccessFactors Payroll to solve complex organizational challenges. You'll partner with enterprise clients across industries to design, implement, and optimize their payroll infrastructure, ensuring systems align with evolving business strategies and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead payroll system assessments, roadmap development, and end-to-end implementation engagements for enterprise clients
- Configure and customize SAP and SuccessFactors payroll modules to meet client requirements and best practices
- Advise on payroll process redesign, organizational structure optimization, and talent strategy alignment
- Collaborate with clients' finance, HR, and IT teams to translate business needs into system solutions
- Develop implementation strategies that minimize disruption while maximizing adoption and ROI
- Stay current with payroll regulations, tax compliance, and industry trends across multiple geographies
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice thought leadership and methodology
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional experience in payroll consulting, with proven expertise in SAP and SuccessFactors implementations
- Deep knowledge of payroll processes, tax compliance, and multi-country payroll scenarios
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience managing complex client engagements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Certifications in SAP (preferred) or demonstrated mastery of payroll-related modules
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, human resources, or related field
