About the Role

As a Salesforce CPQ Senior Consultant within Deloitte's Sales & Service team, you will be part of a group that helps companies forge stronger, more durable customer relationships. This Portland-based position blends functional consulting expertise with hands-on Salesforce CPQ delivery, drawing on advanced analytics, Generative AI, modern technology platforms, and thoughtful design to turn commercial strategy into measurable outcomes. You will work directly with clients to translate complex sales processes into streamlined, scalable quote-to-cash experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned to each client's commercial and pricing strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders to map sales, quoting, and product catalog requirements into functional designs.
• Drive customer experience improvements that support sustained growth and long-term value creation.
• Apply advanced analytics, Generative AI, and emerging technologies to elevate digital products and sales innovation.
• Guide and mentor project teams through functional transformation engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ in a consulting or transformation setting.
• Strong functional understanding of quote-to-cash, pricing, and sales process design.
• Familiarity with customer and commercial strategy, digital product innovation, and advanced analytics.
• Ability to collaborate with clients on-site in Portland, Multnomah County, as this is not a remote position.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading or mentoring delivery teams.
