Salesforce CPQ Consultant, Technical Transformation

Deloitte is hiring a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, Technical Transformation to join our team in Custom House, Orleans Parish. In this full-time role, you'll lead the technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote solutions, helping organizations modernize their sales operations and unlock new revenue growth through intelligent quoting and configuration technology.

About the Role

As a Salesforce CPQ Consultant specializing in technical transformation, you'll partner with enterprise clients to architect and deploy solutions that streamline complex sales cycles, improve quote accuracy, and accelerate deal closure. Within Deloitte's consulting practice, you'll combine deep platform expertise with strategic business acumen to deliver transformational outcomes that enhance customer engagement and drive sustainable commercial advantage.

What You'll Do

• Design and configure Salesforce CPQ systems aligned with client business models, sales processes, and revenue strategies
• Conduct technical discovery and assessments to identify modernization opportunities and transformation priorities
• Oversee implementation, integration with backend systems, and custom development to extend platform capabilities
• Build automations, pricing logic, and analytics that optimize quoting workflows and reduce sales cycle friction
• Lead client teams through change adoption, training, and knowledge transfer to maximize platform utilization
• Contribute to practice innovation, thought leadership, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ implementation, administration, and optimization (relevant certifications preferred)
• Strong technical proficiency across the Salesforce ecosystem, including APIs, integrations, and customization
• 3+ years of hands-on consulting or technical delivery experience in enterprise sales systems and transformation
• Demonstrated ability to configure pricing logic, workflows, and reporting solutions
• Excellent problem-solving mindset and capacity to translate complex business requirements into technical designs
• Strong communication and partnership skills for client-facing advisory and cross-functional collaboration
