About the Role
Medtronic is recruiting for full-time sales professionals to expand our team across the United States. This position offers the chance to drive growth in the dynamic healthcare technology sector while making a direct impact on patient outcomes. You'll work within a dedicated sales organization committed to advancing healthcare innovation and access, supported by world-class training, tools, and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, hospital systems, and organizational partners
- Present and demonstrate Medtronic medical technology solutions to prospective customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet territorial targets and drive revenue growth
- Provide expert product knowledge and clinical insights to support customer decision-making
- Collaborate with clinical specialists, engineers, and support teams to ensure customer success
- Maintain detailed sales records and activity tracking using CRM systems
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with proven influence over key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, competitive environments
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience in healthcare
- Understanding of healthcare industry operations and customer needs
