【職務内容】
SDR(Sales Development Representative)は、Anaplanの見込み顧客が初めて接するAnaplanの「声」となる重要なポジションです。
業務内容には以下が含まれます:
- エンタープライズ企業に対するプロスペクティング(見込み顧客)開拓を通じて、Sales Qualified Lead(SQL)の創出
- キーステークホルダーを特定し、課題やニーズを把握しながらAnaplanのアカウントチームとの関係構築
- マーケティング活動で獲得したリードやイベント参加者への迅速なフォローアップ
- ターゲット市場の見込み顧客に対する電話、メール、デジタルチャネルを通じたアウトバウンド活動
- バリューベースの会話スキルの習得と実践
- フィールドセールスと連携し、アカウントに基づいたセールス戦略(Account Based Sales Development)の実行
- 週次・月次の営業指標(電話・メール数、ミーティング設定件数など)の達成を目指して自らを高める
【応募資格】
- 3年以上のインサイドセールス、セールスディベロップメントでの経験
※特にエンタープライズSaaS/クラウドアプリケーション企業での経験が望ましい
- 日本国内のインサイドセールスチームのマネジメントまたはリード経験があれば尚可
- エンタープライズ企業のCXOやディレクター層へのアプローチ経験がある方は歓迎
- テクノロジーへの興味があり、新しい営業ツールに対して積極的に学ぶ姿勢のある方
- パイプライン創出やアポイントメント設定などで成果を出した実績のある方
- 高いエネルギー、行動力、熱意、イニシアチブ、責任感、プロ意識をお持ちの方
- 高いアウトバウンドコールやメール送信数を維持できる自己管理能力
- 学士号取得者
