As a Sales Consultant at our Takapuna location, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding service.

Core Duties

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking foreign exchange and travel-related services
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide expert advice on currency conversion rates and travel money options
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment to enhance the shopping experience
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and positive referrals

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to assist customers promptly
• Familiarity with foreign exchange concepts and travel money products
• Basic knowledge of currency conversion rates (training provided)
• Prior retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory
