Position Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a transformational customer experience, building our brand one customer at a time and ultimately driving our business through sales. This role requires a strong commitment to service, genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion & style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing knowledgeable and personalized assistance.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and engagement.
• Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling Tory Burch products.
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
