As a Leasing Consultant Sales Intern at Nantucket Cove, you'll gain real-world experience in residential leasing and property operations. Working alongside our leasing team, you'll support the full resident lifecycle—from marketing and prospect qualification through lease execution and move-in coordination. What You'll Do
- Conduct property tours and showings for prospective residents
- Qualify leads and assess resident needs and preferences
- Prepare lease applications and compile required documentation

- Maintain accurate leasing records and track application status
