Design Sales Consultant

Renewal is hiring a full-time Design Sales Consultant to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this customer-facing role, you'll guide homeowners through premium window and door replacement options and deliver the exceptional service experience that defines Renewal.

About the Role

As a Design Sales Consultant with Renewal, you're the trusted expert homeowners turn to when selecting high-end windows and doors for their homes. You'll combine consultative selling with design expertise to help customers envision their renovation projects and understand how our elite product line transforms living spaces. Based in Tampa, you'll build relationships with clients and support them throughout the sales and installation journey in Hillsborough County and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in-home or at our showroom to understand their needs, style preferences, and project scope
• Present Renewal's premium window and door replacement solutions with expertise and clarity
• Provide design guidance that helps customers visualize completed projects and make confident decisions
• Develop customized estimates and proposals aligned with each home's requirements and budget
• Build trust through transparent communication, attention to detail, and genuine customer focus
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain organized documentation and follow through the complete sales process

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales experience in home improvement, window and door replacement, or comparable high-ticket products
• Strong consultative approach—you listen, diagnose, and solve rather than simply close
• Knowledge of design, materials, and construction fundamentals (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills
• Professionalism, reliability, and commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively with your team
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the Tampa service area
• Full-time commitment and consistent attendance
