Production Machine Operator

WP Ventures is hiring a Production Machine Operator for our manufacturing facility in Bridgeport. This is a full-time position where you'll play a critical role in our daily production operations, ensuring our equipment runs smoothly and output meets our quality standards.

About the Role

As a Production Machine Operator at WP Ventures, you'll be the backbone of our manufacturing floor. You'll operate industrial equipment, monitor production processes, and maintain the machinery that keeps our operation running. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical mindfulness, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety—both your own and your team's.

What You'll Do

• Set up and prepare production machinery for manufacturing runs, following standard operating procedures
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently throughout your shift
• Monitor production output, machinery performance, and product quality in real time
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to meet production specifications
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on equipment
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues; report discrepancies
• Meet daily and shift production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Document production activities, equipment issues, and any incidents that occur
