About the Role
As a Guest Room Attendant, you'll maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations, ensuring every room meets our high hospitality standards. Working as part of our housekeeping team, you'll prepare, service, and inspect rooms to create welcoming spaces where our guests feel at home.
What You'll Do
- Clean, inspect, and service guest rooms and suites according to company standards and procedures
- Change linens, restock amenities, and prepare rooms for incoming guests
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or needed repairs to your supervisor
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment in your assigned area
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling protocols
- Work flexibility with shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Compensation & Benefits
This full-time Guest Room Attendant position includes room incentive pay at $3.00 per standard room and $4.00 per suite, plus shift differentials for evening (4pm–midnight: $0.50/hour) and night shifts (midnight–8am: $1.00/hour). Typical day shifts run 8am–4pm. Full-time team members receive a comprehensive benefits package including Medical and Dental coverage.
