About the Role

As a Lead Team Member, you'll serve as a key member of the store management team, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and leading a team of sales associates. What You'll Do

• Supervise and support store team members during assigned shifts, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and product placement
• Handle cash management, point-of-sale operations, and financial reconciliation
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
