About the Opportunity
As our Revenue Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our revenue engine precise, optimized, and ready to scale. You will be heavily involved in our exciting operational shift, taking ownership of end-to-end billing execution, credit control, and revenue analytics. This role acts as a critical catalyst for our financial data integrity, directly supporting a major transition to our new billing process, building metric dashboards, and helping leadership uncover patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for:

Billing & Reporting: Manage end-to-end billing across all customer lifecycle events (including new business, expansions, renewals, downgrades, and cancellations) while owning revenue reporting and analysis for new and expansion revenue

Credit Control: Proactively support the credit control process to ensure timely collection of receivables, manage overdue accounts, reduce aged debt, and provide cash forecasting to leadership

Process Optimisation: Play a pivotal role in transitioning to our new billing process, ensuring high accuracy in legacy systems during the final 3-month countdown while leading UAT, data validation, and auditing billing workflows for automation

Operational Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Customer Experience, and Legal to quickly resolve complex billing issues
Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in a Finance department, preferably within Accounts Receivable or Credit Control
- Strong analytical skills for revenue reporting and data reconciliation with a high ability to process large volumes of data accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and dispute resolution abilities to engage with customers and internal stakeholders
- Working knowledge of accounting software, Salesforce, and basic revenue recognition principles
- Experience with system improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
- Experience using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiencies
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior SaaS Revenue Billing experience
- NetSuite software experience
