Learning Partner – Clinical

Montu, Australia's largest alternative healthtech company, is seeking a Learning Partner – Clinical to help shape and deliver outstanding learning experiences across a fast-scaling organisation. Based in Australia, this work-from-home role sits within Montu's Organisational Development & Safety team and blends clinical expertise with learning operations.

About the Role

As a Learning Partner – Clinical at Montu, you'll be the engine behind smooth, engaging learning — spanning new-hire onboarding through to ongoing professional development. You'll coordinate program logistics, guide learners, manage reporting, and contribute to the design and continual refinement of training, ensuring every learning touchpoint is accessible, relevant, and tied to Montu's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey, scheduling pathways and ensuring timely completion of mandatory, compliance, and orientation modules.
• Partner with department experts to tailor onboarding for each team, maintaining role-specific checklists and materials.
• Administer learner groups in the Learning Management System (LMS), handling enrolments, team assignments, and access.
• Coordinate workshops, course launches, and learning events — both virtual and in person — including invites, reminders, and materials.
• Act as first-line support for learner queries, resolving access and course issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist the L&D team in producing training content, job aids, presentations, and e-learning resources.
• Track progress, attendance, and completion, building reports and dashboards that surface trends, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• A qualification in education, communication, business, clinical practice, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years in administrative support, training coordination, or learning-focused roles.
• A minimum of 4 years' postgraduate clinical experience with current AHPRA registration (essential).
• Prior experience as a Clinical Educator, plus medical cannabis or telehealth exposure, is highly valued.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving across competing priorities.
• Confidence with Google Suite and Learning Management Systems, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles, and a proactive, collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach.

This is a 15-month maximum-term contract with an ASAP start — an Australia-based, fully remote position with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
