About the Role As a Learning Partner – Clinical at Montu, you'll be the engine behind smooth, engaging learning — spanning new-hire onboarding through to ongoing professional development. Administer learner groups in the Learning Management System (LMS), handling enrolments, team assignments, and access. Coordinate workshops, course launches, and learning events — both virtual and in person — including invites, reminders, and materials. Act as first-line support for learner queries, resolving access and course issues quickly and professionally. Assist the L&D team in producing training content, job aids, presentations, and e-learning resources.
