About the Role

In this position you will serve as the face of Verizon in a retail environment, helping shoppers find the right devices, plans, and accessories while driving store performance through consultative sales and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable wireless products and services
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively presenting promotions and upgrade options
• Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems and handle payments, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are organized, stocked, and reflective of current campaigns

• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly

• Basic math proficiency and comfort using electronic payment and inventory tools
