About the Role
As Branch Manager & Officer, you will direct every aspect of your branch's operations—from team leadership and sales growth to operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the AVP Retail Distribution Network, you will build and develop a strong team while driving customer relationships and maintaining the standards that Greenfield Savings is known for.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, creating a culture of accountability and professional growth
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Drive sales performance, expand the customer base, and build lasting relationships with the community
- Manage branch budgets, finances, and operational efficiency to support profitability and growth
- Serve as a community representative for Greenfield Savings and build relationships with local businesses and organizations
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to meet branch goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in banking, financial services, or a similar regulated environment
- Strong track record in branch operations, sales management, and customer service
- Working knowledge of banking operations, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building capabilities
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Commitment to operational excellence and ethical business practices
