About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Group Retail Manager to oversee multiple FMCG retail stores in the Sabie region. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with proven multi-store management experience, excellent financial acumen, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple FMCG retail stores
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and profitability
- Manage staff, providing training and support as needed
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize inventory management

- Proven experience in multi-store retail management
