About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Accurately scan items, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout station, including restocking supplies and wiping down surfaces.
• Assist customers with questions, locate products, and resolve minor issues or returns according to store policy.
• Follow safety and security procedures, monitor for suspicious activity, and report concerns to management.
• Support team members during busy periods and help keep the store floor presentable.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills and a courteous, helpful attitude.
• Basic math ability and comfort handling money and electronic payments.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items as needed.
• Previous cash‑handling or customer‑service experience is a plus but not required.
