Restaurant Manager – Full Service

About the Role

This full-time Restaurant Manager position offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of daily service in a fast-paced full-service dining environment. You'll be responsible for guest satisfaction, staff leadership, inventory management, and financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Manage reservations, seating, and service flow to maximize efficiency during peak hours
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency across all menu items
• Handle guest relations and resolve issues with professionalism and attentiveness
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost management to support restaurant profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer service excellence
• Manage scheduling, payroll administration, and performance reviews
• Drive revenue growth and maintain strong financial controls

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in full-service dining
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and hospitality best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with financial management, budgeting, and inventory control
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Valid food handler certification and knowledge of food safety regulations
