About the Role

As Restaurant General Manager, you'll hold the top operating position at your restaurant, accountable for daily performance across financials, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence. You'll report to the District Manager and oversee all restaurant functions, from kitchen to counter to drive-thru.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to meet and exceed sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets
  • Lead and develop a team of Assistant Manager, Shift Coordinators, and crew members across all shifts
  • Ensure food quality, safety standards, and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Control labor, inventory, and operational costs while maintaining service quality
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent; conduct performance reviews and manage team development
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Drive sales initiatives and respond to local market opportunities
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and financial results

What We're Looking For

  • Proven restaurant management experience, ideally at general manager level in quick-service or casual dining
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to manage P&L, labor scheduling, and cost control
  • Excellent customer service mindset and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under District Manager guidance
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including opening, closing, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
