What You'll Do

• Assess and manage patients requiring respiratory care, including oxygen therapy and mechanical ventilation support

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain respiratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust respiratory support based on clinical response and physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and execute comprehensive patient care plans
• Document respiratory treatments, patient progress, and clinical observations in medical records
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and provide care during critical events
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatment options, and equipment use

What We're Looking For

• Current Respiratory Therapist certification and state licensure
• Proven experience in clinical respiratory care settings, preferably acute care
• Strong foundation in respiratory physiology, pharmacology, and ventilation management
