Residential Counselor MAP

Brockton Area Multi-Servi (BAMSI) is seeking a dedicated Residential Counselor for its MAP program in Plymouth, Plymouth County. This full-time, on-site role offers a meaningful opportunity to support individuals in a residential setting while making a real difference in your community.

About the Role

As a Residential Counselor with BAMSI in Plymouth, you will provide direct care and guidance within the MAP program, helping the individuals we serve build skills, stay safe, and live more enriched lives. This is a non-exempt, overnight position scheduled for 10 hours on Thursdays from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., with an hourly pay range of $20.00 to $21.25.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centered support to residents during overnight hours.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming living environment.
• Assist participants with daily living routines and individual goals.
• Document observations and communicate updates with the program team.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs throughout the overnight shift.

• Dependability and the flexibility to work the assigned Thursday overnight schedule.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and observation skills.
• Ability to remain attentive and responsive during overnight hours.
