Role Overview
Educational Testing Service (ETS) is seeking a Research Fellow to join our team in Five Points, North Carolina. At ETS, we enable lifelong learners worldwide by advancing the science of measurement and building benchmarks for fair and valid skill assessment. This role will be full-time and on-site.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct research to inform policy development in education and testing.
- Analyze data from various assessments, including TOEFL®, TOEIC®, GRE® and Praxis® tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the validity and fairness of assessment tools.
- Publish findings and contribute to academic journals and reports.
Requirements
- A PhD in Education, Policy Analysis, or a related field is required.
- Experience in educational research, particularly in policy analysis and evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- A proven track record of publishing research in academic journals or reports.
