Key Responsibilities
- Virtually meet with clients who have requested information about financial protection and benefits
- Understand each client's needs and explain available benefit options in detail
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive mindset and a desire to achieve personal and professional goals
- A coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment (previous experience is an asset but not required)
