What This Role Involves
As a member of our fast-growing remote team, you will engage with clients through virtual consultations to deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual meetings with clients via web conferencing
- Understanding each client's needs and presenting appropriate solutions
- Building strong, lasting client relationships through ongoing follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate client records, scheduling appointments, and completing other administrative tasks as needed
