About This Position

We are seeking a Relief Customer Advisor to join our team at Bendigo Bank in Modbury. As a Relief Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple branches, assisting customers with their banking needs and ensuring a positive experience every time they visit us.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a diverse range of customers in branch environments
• Assist customers with various banking transactions including account inquiries, payments, transfers, and more
• Use your knowledge of banking products to recommend suitable solutions for our customers’ needs
• Ensure all interactions are conducted in a professional manner, adhering to Bendigo Bank’s service standards and policies
• Support the team by covering shifts as needed when regular staff are unavailable or on leave
