The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regulatory Strategy Specialist to join our team at Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our regulatory department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing strategies that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving business objectives.

Core Duties

• Analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks relevant to the water utility industry.
<liDevelop and maintain strategic plans for regulatory compliance and risk management. <liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of regulatory strategies with broader business goals. <liStay updated on regulatory changes and their implications for our operations.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a regulatory or compliance role within the utility sector, preferably water utilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
