Select Medical is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time night coverage at Regency Hospital – Macon, serving the Huber and greater Bibb County, Georgia community. About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our night team, you'll deliver compassionate, high-quality bedside care at Regency Hospital – Macon, a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to helping medically complex patients heal and regain independence. This is an on-site position in Macon, GA — there is no remote option.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across alternating weekend and holiday night shifts
- Assess, monitor, and respond to the needs of critically ill and recovering patients
- Administer treatments and medications according to physician orders and clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to support recovery
- Document care accurately and communicate changes in patient condition promptly
Schedule & Compensation
- Two 12-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays
- Pay range of $40.00 to $53.87 per hour
- Night shift coverage at our Macon, Bibb County location
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Comfort working independently during overnight hours in an acute care environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
- Availability to work alternating weekends and holidays as scheduled
