What You'll Do

- Record detailed observations and clinical data to track patient progress
- Respond promptly to patient concerns and escalate clinical issues appropriately

What We're Looking For
- Active Alabama Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Solid clinical judgment and ability to think through complex patient situations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
- Prior experience in rehabilitation, hospital, or clinical care settings valued
- Flexibility and comfort working collaboratively in a team-driven setting
