Regional EHS & Construction Safety Manager

USNR Career is hiring a Regional EHS & Construction Safety Manager in Woodland for a full-time position focused on driving environmental health and safety excellence across manufacturing and construction operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive EHS standards, policies, and procedures that meet or exceed regulatory requirements
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and compliance assessments across manufacturing facilities and construction sites
• Partner with operations managers and field leadership to identify hazards, assess risk exposure, and drive corrective actions
• Design and deliver targeted safety training programs for manufacturing and construction environments
• Monitor EHS performance metrics, analyze incident trends, and implement preventive measures
• Maintain documentation, records, and regulatory submissions required by OSHA, EPA, and state/local agencies
• Champion continuous safety improvement through employee engagement and leadership alignment

What We're Looking For

• Professional safety certification (CSP, CHST, or equivalent preferred)
• Proven experience managing EHS programs in manufacturing and/or construction settings
• Solid understanding of federal safety regulations (OSHA, EPA) and applicable state requirements
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence behavior and build safety ownership across teams
• Experience conducting safety audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with operational efficiency
• Problem-solving mindset and comfort in dynamic, fast-paced industrial environments
