About the Role
This full-time position provides essential support to our medical and legal records retrieval operations in Dallas. You'll be the backbone of our records division, coordinating complex retrieval workflows and ensuring attorneys get the documentation they need to serve their clients.
What You'll Do
- Process incoming records requests and manage workflows from submission through final delivery
- Contact hospitals, clinics, courts, and government agencies to obtain medical and legal documents
- Track and log all requests in our database systems, maintaining current status for each retrieval
- Review incoming records for completeness and accuracy before sending to clients
- Communicate with clients and internal staff about request timelines and delivery status
- Support compliance and quality assurance procedures within the records division
- Organize physical and digital files to maintain an efficient records management system
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfort with computer systems, databases, and office software
- Professional judgment and confidentiality when handling sensitive medical and legal information
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High school diploma or GED; experience in legal, medical, or administrative roles valued
