Owner’s Advisor/Program Manager – Energy & Power (Pacific NW)

Jacobs is hiring an experienced Owner's Advisor/Program Manager to support energy and power initiatives across the Pacific Northwest, based in Boise, Idaho. This full-time, on-site role places you at the center of advanced manufacturing and infrastructure projects that shape how communities power their future.

About the Role

As an Owner's Advisor/Program Manager – Energy & Power, you will act as a trusted representative for clients, guiding complex energy and power programs from concept through delivery. Working out of Boise, you will help clients innovate, grow, and bring ambitious facilities to life while championing technical excellence at every phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients as their owner's representative on energy and power programs throughout the Pacific Northwest.
• Lead program and project management activities spanning design, engineering, and construction execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced manufacturing and power facilities on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build durable client relationships and translate their goals into a clear, actionable program strategy.
• Drive quality, safety, and accountability across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management within the energy, power, or related infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of design, engineering, and construction delivery for advanced facilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Boise, Idaho, and support projects across the Pacific Northwest.
