About the Role
AeroFlow Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team in Cookeville, Tennessee. As a Quality Engineer at G&L Tube LLC, a division of AeroFlow Technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections and tests on products throughout the manufacturing process, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed records of inspection results and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and reduce waste in production.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and work practices.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer or related role.
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and statistical process control techniques.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and software for data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
