Position Summary

ApeX Systems is currently seeking a Quality System Analyst to support clients' Hearing Enhancement and wearable technology programs. This role will focus on post-market surveillance (PMS), complaint investigations, and customer quality activities supporting regulated products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause investigations for product complaints
• Support post-market surveillance initiatives
• Manage and analyze customer quality data
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience handling product complaints and conducting root cause investigations
• A strong understanding of post-market surveillance practices
• Familiarity with regulated product management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry is preferred
