The job involves living and working at a refurbished 4-bed house located near Oban on an island. The successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the estate
• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning windows, floors, and fixtures
• Handling minor repairs and ensuring that all systems (electricity, plumbing) are functioning correctly
• Managing garden upkeep including mowing lawns, planting flowers, and general landscaping
• Ensuring the property is secure and safe for residents
