About the Role
As Property Marketing Specialist at ELIFIN®, you'll play a key behind-the-scenes role developing polished, professional marketing collateral that showcases properties to their best advantage. Working directly under the Director of Operations, you'll partner with a motivated team committed to excellence and clear operational systems. What You'll Do
- Design and produce professional marketing materials for properties
- Develop compelling property descriptions and promotional content
- Coordinate visual assets including photography and layout direction
- Manage property listing presentations across digital and print platforms
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all marketing deliverables
- Research market positioning and competitive property landscapes to inform creative direction
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in real estate marketing, graphic design, or related marketing role
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining seamless team collaboration
- Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, polished outputs
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with real estate platforms and digital marketing tools preferred
Compensation
Full-time position offering $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.
