About This Position
We are currently seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our team at Dasmen HR LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the value of the property through day-to-day operations. This role requires embracing Level 5 Leadership, Group Responsibility, and Servant Leadership principles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day property operations
- Evaluate and improve property maintenance and management practices

- Report to the Regional Property Manager on a regular basis
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with property management software and tools
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
